Role Summary: Responsible for sales and business development of construction equipment in the RMC and infrastructure segment, including lead generation, customer engagement, and order closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and machine demonstrations
- Prepare enquiries, quotations, and ensure order closure
- Build relationships with customers, project stakeholders, and financiers
- Track leads and customers using CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Monitor competitor activity and support business growth in new markets
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and sales activities
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales of construction equipment / RMC / infrastructure preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with basic technical understanding
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
