Senior Sales Executive – Construction Equipment, Putzmeister

Role Summary: Responsible for sales and business development of construction equipment in the RMC and infrastructure segment, including lead generation, customer engagement, and order closure.

  • Visit customers, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and machine demonstrations
  • Prepare enquiries, quotations, and ensure order closure
  • Build relationships with customers, project stakeholders, and financiers
  • Track leads and customers using CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Monitor competitor activity and support business growth in new markets
  • Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and sales activities
  • Experience in sales of construction equipment / RMC / infrastructure preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with basic technical understanding
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
