- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in ensuring the CEO stays on track with the daily schedule.
- Coordinate with worldwide subsidiaries in the USA, Germany, China, Spain, Turkey, Korea, South Africa, etc.
- Ensure smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments/directors, demonstrating professionalism and supporting open and transparent communication with the Senior Leadership team.
- Coordinate with global teams and international offices to ensure seamless information flow.
- Manage all incoming requests to the CEO’s office (via mail, phone, or email) and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that enable the CEO to operate effectively.
- Prioritize conflicting requirements, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often under tight deadlines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and the CEO’s direct reports to ensure agendas and deadlines are met.
- Undertake special projects under the direction of the CEO and perform other duties as required.
- Manage travel arrangements and related requirements, including visa processing, as applicable.
